A tiny Rytecraft van, Britain’s smallest, travelling along Deansgate in Manchester. The vehicle is powered by a 2 1/2 hp engine, travels 80 miles on a gallon of petrol, carries nearly 600 pounds and has a top speed of 50 mph, 17th February 1937.

We are renting a very old flat by the way, and there are dozens of old photo albums and letters and greeting cards all over the bookcases. It seems that several generations of jewish family lived here. This girl’s name was Anya, it’s early 50s.
